Below average service

So Toyota warranty agents phoned me 3 times for a warranty extension and i asked them to send me a quotation via my email, they, all of them confirmed my email address but all 3 of them did not send the email. every time i got a call from them i told them about the previous agent and they promise to send the email but never did. Bad service. i am disappointed
