Balloon Payment

Good day<br> <br> I have bought a Toyota Yaris on 2010 with a balloon payment, was financed by Toyota Financial Services, now when I app**** for refinance they declined my application ,Spoke to one of their employees there, she told me that i must draft an email for payment arrangement for the period of six month and the balloon payment is R48500 which I cannot afford to pay R8000 per month ,now must work overtime because the company I am working for does not pay a huge income ,must be at work till very late to try to cover up this amount and now I'm stressed because i am also pregnant at this this present moment and every time I call I do not get any assistance ,they just interested on how am I going to pay them, my account was up to date ever since i bought this car not even a single month I have never paid their account but now it seems as if they just making this to be difficult for me and they never explained to me that this balloon payment is going to be a once off payment ,all along i thought after finishing paying the car they will still continue deduct the same amount they were deducting for the instalment.<br> <br> Thanks.
