Balance inquiry on my warranty and service plan

I have a service plan and unlimited warranty plan with you.

I tried calling and I have been kept on hold for more than 15 minutes just to get a balance on my warranty plan. I called earlier and was told the plan is on a month to month but my policy document says it's 24 months.

Can someone please just give me a balance on paper so that I see exactly what amount I still have to pay or to settle these accounts.

I was considering taking an extended plan but with service like this I doubt I will.
