This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed with how my vehicle was repaired at McCarthy Longmeadow, took the car last year for a service and the diagnose indicated that we needed to change the common rail assembly because the vehicle when acceleration didn’t go over 80 km p/h which we did bring it in to get it fitted, after collection the vehicle there was no change to the performance we called the branch and they told us to bring the car back so that they can check it The report we got from the service adviser was the technician forgot to set the vehicle after fitment and she apologies. After collecting the vehicle still it was no performing brought the car back again another technician tested the vehicle and came up with another diagnose saying we needed to buy a sensor turbo which we did and still to date the problem still persists and ask you to find an immediate solution to this problem.
