BAD TREATMENT BY TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA

I purchased a Toyota etios 1.5 XS at Toyota Hatfield in 2014. It has always had extended service plan and only treated by they technician. However, recently the car is damaged because it lacked oil after it was recently serviced by toyota. Now both Toyota Hatfield and toyota south Africa are refusing to pay
