Bad service: Toyota Tygervalley

To whom it may concern

I took my Toyota CHR for its 45000km service in August 2021. I've asked the attendant to look at the water pump for the wipers because it does not spray water on the windshield. According to him, they fixed it when they serviced the car. I've also asked him to make sure the radio and GPS are updated - a story for another day.

The water pump is, ten months later, not fixed. I emailed Toyota, and they said they were waiting for the pump. I called Toyota Tygervallei on 27 May again and asked why the part had not arrived yet. I am still waiting for an answer.

This experience is not what I expect from Toyota. The head office and branch don't reply to emails and do not call me back with answers. I will not recommend Toyota Tygervalley.

Needless to say... The radio device is also not sorted out.
