Bad Service Toyota SA

We bought a Toyota Prado VX 2 years ago, the car is still under warrenty!! When we bought the Toyota we fitted a nudge bar with the Toyota dealer at a cost of R6600.00. Two weeks a go we traveled a gravel road and plastic of the nugde bar came off. Our local dealer looked and logged a inquiry with Toyota SA to replace the part!! The part is maybe R300.00 but they are not willing to assit as the part is a import part and we must rather buy a new nudge bar as they cannot assit us!! If we want we must call the ombudsmen to log a complaint!! Myself and my wife currently having a toyota , this being our 6th toyota andbeing a good Toyota customer does not matter!! My next car will not be toyota, good excuse to buy the new Mercedes bakkie and SUV!!!
