Bad service selling products they cannot provide

I first put a Order for a Toyota Corolla Cross RS hybrid that was in Jan 22. The guy that helped us that day resigned. Then I had to do another otp anyways their are two dealer lists one they show u and say look how many cars are coming with no names except ours. Then other people get push in before us and now they said they have another list. BS according Toyota cannot sell something they cannot provide and I’ve logged complaints but nothing they would rather loose a cash deal than helping Toyota the glen is the worst bad attitude even worse service
