Bad service, dont care attitude

I called Toyota Ontdekkers to book a service for my car , I bought the vehicle at this specific dealership and has done the services for the last few years with them. They use to drop me at work when I drop the vehicle the lady tells me they don't do that if its more than 10kms away , I asked to speak to a manager than the call is dropped. I'm very disappointed with the service that you support them and you are just a number to them in meeting you halfway. Than I decided to call a Toyota near me and guess what the person who is suppose to assist is not available and no one else, how it is that you support them buying cars from them and doing services but such bad service you receive no one is willing to give you quality service as a client so sad and you recommend people to buy their products, this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
