BAD SERVICE - BUFFALO TOYOTA K.W.T

26/06/2025 my Aunt took her car to Buffalo Toyota in King William's Town for service. She was called by a dealer and told that the car is not starting and they can't figure out what the problem was. On Friday they called again to say, they can't diagnose the problem but what they see is rats traces so they suspect it's the rats that cut something from inside. They said they will tow it to East London to the specialists and the costs must be paid by her. The costs estimation will be R26 000, but they not sure if it's really rats they just assuming. What's concerning is that the car was moving when she dropped it off for service. The car was bought in August 2020 and is still under service plan. This is so disappointing as Toyota is the brand that we trusted. My Aunt is without a car now and she works in rural areas where she needs a car, this is a huge inconvenience for her as your customer. And the sad part is no one gives a damn from your company.
