Bad Service

My car has been paid up without skipping one month over a period of almost 7 years. For the past YEAR i am trying to get my car registration docs. All I get is an auto e-mail that they VALUE me as a client.

No docs were send to my postal address as well. Why cant you send it to the dealership in Athlone that I collect it there.
