Bad service at TOYOTA HATFIELD

I'm not happy with the service i got from toyota hatfield, it seems the first come first serve doesn't apply there. My car was among first seven on arrival, but it was the last one to come out. More than 15 cars that arrived after me were all gone. The service date was on 13/09/2017 till now, no follow up call made to check how i was feeling about the service as they normal do.
