Bad service at Rola Toyota

The bad service I got at the reception from the service advisers, I was shouted at by Samamtha Wally and a lady with blond hair. It went on until Altus the manager asked them to please relax and calm down for this is no way to go on with a customer. It does not matter how a client goes on you should stay professional. And if thats not enough they orderd the wrong parts for my sons car as a toyota store I think they should know what is going on. Im really upset about this Iam a paying customer why should I stand there and let be shouted at me like this.
