bad service and warrenty means nothing

My toyota Hilux Bakkie loadbody started cracking at 70000km and I took it to Buffalo Toyota East London and ask them to claim on the warranty. They told me my claim was denied and gave me a number to phone. which i did and they said they would review it. a few days later i recieved a call to say the claim was rejected. So i asked for a reason they said my railings were not Toyota approved. I rep**** and said we bought the bakkie from Toyota Queenstown with the railings already on. so was told they would review. I explained to them that i have 2 Toyota bakkies with the same railings the one being a 2006 model and the other a 2015 model doing the same work and i wanted a reason why the 2015 model was cracking in 3 different places. I was not happy with the response they rep**** that i should talk to the dealership about the railings and the case was closed. I feel from the very beginning they were not interested in fixing the loadbody. i offered to take both my bakkies to Buffalo Toyota to see the difference i was told by the help line operator you cant compare one model to another. I think this is obsurd and crazy to think that these bakkies are getting softer. How can you not compare a 2006 to a 2015 model?????

COMPLAINT 2:

I took the same 2015 Toyota bakkie to Buffalo toyota in East London for the 80000km service and informed them that i thought the drive shaft had a problem. They said they would look at it. Upon fetching the vehicle they informed me that they had checked it and it was not faulty. so I thought the problem was with my tyres and replaced them. The tyre fitment centre said they could not do my alighnment as the front suspension had issues!!! So about 2 weeks after my service i returned to Buffalo Toyota and spoke to the service manager who said he would check it out. He informed me that the drive shaft and the suspension needed repairs. I told him that i had reported it at my previous service he said he would look into the matter. i asked him if he could give me a loan vehicle as they did not have the parts in stock and i felt if they had done a proper service the first time and listened to the customer it could have been repaired at the service. So i felt that someone needed to take responsibility. I was informed that they do not supply loan vehicles anymore. Buffalo Toyota have had my vehicle since the 2 June, on the 6 June i phoned the service manager again and asked for vehicle assistance as this is taking long and i have a business to run. Its the 7 June and i still have not received my vehicle.

There is no service from Buffalo Toyota and Toyota South Africa no one is willing to take responsibility for anything!

I was once a Toyota man but NO more!!!

As a farmer and long time Toyota owner i am truly disappointed in Toyota!
