Bad service and attitude

My mother in law always takes her car to Vaal Toyota vereeniging.December last year the altenator belt broke and the car cut out on the higway.They never changed the belt after she complained about it making a noise.The car wouldnt start again and was taken to Vaal Toyota.The manager told her it happened because she doesnt look after her car.They had to replace the head gasket and charged her R20000 for it.She contacted Toyota Sa and they said she must pay R9500.Then Toyota Sa came to inspect the car after the work,the car wont start and they had to start all over again.They now needed another R2500 for valve guides.After this was done my mother paid 12500 and whent to test the car.The stater keeps on turning after you start the car and there is a noise in the engine.The manager said you have to rev the car in order for the stater to stop and said he doesnt test drive a car after its done.After a month and a half the car is still faulty.Havent heard from them again the car is still there
