Bad service

I experienced a very bad treatment from Toyota Carnival ,i bought my car 2023 Sep they fooled me as i am a first buyer that my finance term is 5years only to find out now that is 72months. Toyota is a very big company but has bad employees i was assisted by Sakkie Van Zijl even their boss is defending their staff.. I will never recommend anyone to go buy a car at Toyota Carnival ..the employees there are rotten to the core.. I had the most bad experience on my first purchase how i wish i went to a different dealership even if it's VWjust not toyota its like they are feathers of the same bird even the ladies who were assisting me also **** ..myb its because i am black they are whites ... To all SA citizens stay away from carnival Toyota .. I confronted Sakkie ghe sales guy who rep**** to me in a very bad manner i wish i can attach the screenshot for everyone to seee.. I regret purchasing my car at Toyota

To add on that initially when i purchased the vehicle it the disc was expiring same month i got the car... Ive been up and down with them to get the disk . After so long they i called in and spoke to the boss who was shouting at me over the phone .. However they gave me 2000 to renew disc and for.road worthy which was not enough . The boss there will tell you where to get off and hangs the phone on you ... Very unprofessional ..i still plead with anyone who wants to purchase a car not to go to carnival toyota u will regret .they don't even give you the contract to read by yourself they explain and let you sign while giving you **** smiles to win your trust ... Everything they do with you they rush for you to sign without reading ...Sakkie you are the worst but your boss is worse ...
