Bad service

NTT Toyota Groblersdal it makes me to lose my love for Toyota as a brand. I bought a car from NTT Toyota, the car had a manufacturer warranty and they sold me a car without service been done on the car, now I have been paying for the car that I was not driving for the past 3 months. Mr Gustav Klingbiel - AutoMark Manager at NTT Groblesdal doesn't value, neither respect his customers.Unsatisfied customer, I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from NTT Groblesdal, they must just fix my car or take their car back and pay my money back. I now wonder if it's only NTT Toyota Groblesdal only or they are all the same or its even Toyota brand as a whole, because I lodged my complain to Toyota SA regarding the bad service I am getting from NTT Toyota Groblesdal but the Customer care advisor (Shazia Mohamed) didn't really go out of her way to seek help from her superiors or even the technical advisor about my problem.
