Bad Service

I have app**** for a vehicle in October 2017 and was assisted by Lawrence Maja in Toyota Naboomspruit and said to me my application was approved and then few days later my sister in law called me and said my application is declined due to the fact that my Edcon account was in arrears,he then said to me those where allegation he is actually going to deliver the car on Tuesday when he comes back from Cape Town. 2 weeks later he said to me it was declined and he prised me that he was going to approve the vehicle when after the 20th December. Since I sent him my documents on the 20th to date he has not responded. My worry is he promised me that the vehicle is approved and went and disclosed my credit status to a third party and of which to me is 1 of the things a sales person must not do,1 promise the client what you cannot deliver,2 disclose confidential information to a third party ,3 Lawrence did not keep to his words of saying the vehicle is approved, 4 my reputation to my in laws.
