Bad Service

Toyota Boksburg has no idea what customer service is, I've bought parts for my car from them and the other parts are on back order or at the the warehouse I don't even know what to believe anymore than I hear it's from Japan... It's been like this over 2 months going for 3 months now... Parts was paid for in full.. It's either I get my parts or my money back.. I will NEVER take my car to this dealership again nor recommend them to anyone..
