BAD SERVICE

Bad service!! Toyota Midrand charge us for damage they coursed on our Toyota Avanza went in for a 105000 Km service. They Striped the Sump pug and charged us for fixing it. Service manager calls it a Wear and Tear Part. I am seriously questioning there competence, I will hate to take in my vehicle for something more serious than a service!!
