Bad Service

I booked my car in for a 50k service and by 7am it was dropped off. I had to call Toyota thrice to find out when will they be done and the service advisor had an attitude saying how will he be able to know when will it be done. They only had 4 cars in front of me to service and it took an entire day to service mine. At 3:45pm I am being told they are done with the car service, the drive will collect me after he has collected other people first meaning it can be 4:30pm. <br> <br> Your standard has dropped and words cant express how disappointed I am with the service you provided today. I feel sorry for people who will be coming through to Edenvale to service their cars.
