BAD SERVICE

<p>On the 02 Sept 2016 I had a recall done on my car at Monument Toyota Westrand for something relating to the airbag. I took the car back the following week because the clip above the speedometer was not put back so the cover shook while I drove. The mechanic that took my car into the workshop “fixed it” and told me he only fitted the clip. It’s just over a month later and the cover is loose again. <br /> The clip that he fitted is still in but it’s not holding the cover because he used double sided tape to solve the problem. Instead of the actual clip that belongs there.</p> <p>You can actually hear the tape when you push the clip in to try and hold the cover.</p> <p> </p> <p>I work in the Eastrand and taking the car back the second meant I had to make arrangements at work to get that done. It’s an inconvenience because now I’m left with the same problem and I took my car there with the clip in place. <br /><br />The service is disappointing. I’m not happy and feel that I was not treated fair as a customer.</p>
