Bad service

<p>I took my Rav4 to the Kimberley branch of Toyota for a major service. When I went to collect my car it made a funny noice and I told them but they assured me that the noice was from a wet belt as they cleaned the engine with water!!!!! The next day the battery light came on and I took the car back to TOYOTA in Kimberly as the alternator wasnt charging. I had to pay for fixing of the alternator. The mechanic told me that it were the bearings in the alternator that was damaged before even opening the alternator. He underestimated my intelligence because I am a woman. So rather drive to another town to get your car serviced!!!!</p>
