Bad service

I book my car after it appears a engine light and At sign ,I went there three times for same problem.The car is still the same and I bought my Toyota Ayga last year and it was fine but when this faults appear on the cluster car can't drive . Yesterday I went to dealership when vehicle gave me problems I was told by service advisor Ansie lo leave the car until next week and it will only be look at then She didn't wanted to look me in my face ,she gave me no service .I told him thanks for her service and leave she said bye .
