Bad Customer Service

Hi

I bought my a new Avanza 2015 in October. The first registration certificate from the factory has same weight GVM as Tare weight this is not suppose to be as a results I have paying more since 2016 for my lisencing.

I would to propose that you refund me the difference for all these year (lisencing) plus take my vehicle to be re- weighed as there are costs involved .

No one is taking this serious I have sent a mail but no response even after copying senior people from the delear where I bought the car. Looks ike its my problem that i must now escalate with factory myself but when i was buying everyone was willing to help.
