Whoever is in charge of uNathi Mashinini can you kindly tell her, she doesnt have to bring her personal problems at work, her attitude really stinks. we have our bad days but we try by all means not take our frustrations to the next people. If she feels that she cant assist or not in the mood to help a customer she rather transfer a customer to another person than hanging up on a customer while speaking, or she prefers to speak to the male clients only, we should be told thanks
