I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Ceres last week Wednesday 7/01/2026 Vehicle was paid for the following day I then called the salesman to arrange collection of the vehicle Unbeknown to me I was advised that the vehicle needed repairs done which wasn’t disclosed initially but I was patient and agreed to wait

Friday 9/01/26 I was then advised by the salesman that the vehicle had another finance application pending on it which was approved and was a more favourable deal for the dealership , despite my payment being made in full the dealership would have to refund me my money

In all the years I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional dealership, selling a vehicle receiving funds and then uplifting the deal because of a more favourable offer

To loose a client and break code of ethics for a few rand is a disgraceful. Additionally to not have the funds back into my account is another slap in the face. It’s now Monday 12/01/26 and I’m yet to receive the funds or any communication from the dealership
