AN ESSENTIAL/FRONTLINE WORKER DENIED ASSISTANCE @TOYOTA SOUTH AFRICA

Toyota has the WORST customer service!!! Went to try book my car in for repairs on the brakes, but I was told they only work on essential cars. I'm an essential/frontline worker, I even tried going wearing my work uniform and thought they'll take me seriously but No they didn't. So I don't know if this is how your brand does things??
