Airbags

I received a call from Toyota Tokia in Sept 2019 advising me that our Toyota requires air bags to be replaced urgently. I contacted them and was informed that there's no airbags in stock but they will contact me when it arrives. I'm still awaiting there call. I wonder if they will take responsibility if there's an accident and the air bags don't function at all.

So much for caring about my families safety. I have sent numerous emails *** but no replies.
