Agents don't want you to speak to managent

Hi<br> <br> I have emails and telephonic conversations where the call center has messed around repeatedly and all the agents have tried and are still trying for me not to talk and complain to management, unfortunately Toyota does not offer a resolution avenue, does anyone know what I can do as I am really frustrated and they refuse to respond.<br> <br> Regards
