Absolutely unhelpfull

My Panelbeater, Freeway Toyota Autobody ordered an airbag from Toyota in the first week of Dec 2015, were promised delivery on Wed 02 Dec 2015 - They could not fulfill this & we were then told it would be delivered on Friday 04 Dec 2015! This too did not happen. The next week I spoke to Freeway on Monday for a courtesy car but they had none available.On the Wed 08 Dec I was told an official complaint was created with toyota - I then personally fort the first time spoke to 'Jonas' at Toyota and all he did was tell me what I already knew-He had no knowledge at that time of the part &the delay was ongoing from the prevoius week- Freeway assured me that they have the order forms in writting from the fist week- Jonas promised to call me before day ends with feedback, does'nt happen-No news from them till Fri-I initiated to call them for update- No progress from toyota,Jonas-He promises again to call me before the day ends with news, DOESD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Freeway then informs me that Toyota SA now will be providing me with a loan vehicle till the part is delivered. They continue to give the run around between my opanelbeaters ie Freeway Autobody/headoffice+Toyota SA- Dec 16 NO PROGRESS
