Absolute Disgrace

I am just trying to buy 3 x new Toyota Etios Sprint 1.5 CASH with our colour selection. Not what the dealer want to give or what is on the floor. Now I have missed Christmas now I am trying to place an order for the new year - OH NO THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE IMPOSSIBLE REQUEST. What is wrong with these sales people. Calling the call centre, we do not deal with this. No effort whatsoever of taking down details. Dealership in Bloem does not even know if the manager is on leave or just out. Eileen Ndwere very impatient after I told her I am extremely busy and I need to think as I cannot just take colours because of what they have available. Never in my life been so disgusted. Nearly R500 000 cash and you have no say or choice!
