A car for a month VW

I was driving a vehicle from Mthatha to cape , then i was 30 kilometers to reach Queenstown then vehicle write vehicle overheat please stop your vehicle , i stopped the vehicle immediately n stitched it off , restart it n after 5 kilometers vehicle repeat it ,then stop it n call my insurance to come n tow me , they came after an hour to tow me to Wv Queenstown , i waited outside until they open , then they did n explained to them n they said that they gonna take my vehicle to East London and they gave me a car hire to drive to Cape Town , I've been trying to communicate with them and they said i must pay an amount of R10000 to mend my car of which i don't have that money and my car is under warranty and also said that they want R110000 to fix my car so m struggling now because i don't have a car and they deducting installment but i don't have a car .
