2015 Prado issues and courtesy car

@Toyota SA I can't sit and wait another 6 weeks. Our 2015 Prado with 137 000 km has had an engine failure for the second time. It is not suppose to break down in the first place. First round a new engine was needed, fuel pump and starter replaced. All under warranty.

It took you 6 weeks to figure it out and get our car back to us. BUT NOW again, and although everyone is super friendly on the phone, it is my husband chasing people to find out what the problem is, and no indication as to whole long it will take.

The buck is always passed on to someone else. Not once has a courtesy car been offered to us! We have asked for one again, but no sorry, it is not possible. The fault has to be discovered first, then logged and reported before this is even an option. REALLY!!!??

Julle diens moet wragtig waar beter kan wees!! Kar koop is 'n eiendom se geld deesdae, so om net bietjie meer te verwag van die vers****** is eintlik nie baie gevra nie.
