2011 and 2012 Toyota Corolla blunder

I bought my 1,3 Professional Toyota Corolla in July 2011. I encountered problems with the car in May 2012 /- 12000km. It was sent to Culemborg Toyota for repairs. The vehicle again gave problems on 16-17000. Toyota Culemborg then decided to do a complete engine overall. The vehicle lasted another 4000km before it again had major problems. At that point I was offered a new vehicle and advised that due to the depreciation and 'use\ I have had out of the vehicle
