I am currently working in Botswana. I asked innovation/gateway for ways to pay my extended service plan. I was assured it will be done within 3 hours. First it was done after 8 hours. The link did not work. The new link was send the following day. I payed cash for my service and contacted innovation for a refund. Every time I must speak to a new consultant who for some reason can trace no proof of my previous conversations or emails. Every time I need to submit the same documents and after that I receive no feedback. This has been going on since 23 November 2023. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I am receiving. Quick to collect premuims,even early before due date. After that terrible.
