****** Property

I took my car in for a re-call item yesterday, I was asked to wait for the car. I know they say please remove all valuables from your car, however because I thought I was waiting for it i forgot to take out my multi-tool from the door pocket.

When I got home I noticed this had been taken while at Toyota, I called my Service Advisor, who went and asked around but of course no one owned up to taking it, and she said she would address it with her service manager. I suggested searching the people but that went un-heard.

I just want Toyota to know that they have a ***** working there and this should be taken seriously.
