Custom rim damaged during service

I have take my car to Halfway Toyota Fourways for service for the last 3 years. It’s usually a pleasant experience. However, this time I got an impact alert while the car was at the service centre. I struggled to get hold of my technician, but eventually when I did he confirmed that everything was okay. But, a week after the service I noticed that my back rim had been damaged. Nobody had bothered to let me know when I picked up my car, they just left me to figure it out by myself. I logged a complaint, and it’s been almost a week. There has been no attempt to contact me. I didn’t think they’d ever deliver such terrible customer service.
