What is going on over there??

<p>I have bought 2 vehicles through Toyota Finance in 2013 while I was still working in a corporate environment. As things change I have started my own business and of which I do contract work on the sideline as well. We experienced a finacial period where things were though last year but still managed to pay our accounts.</p> <p>Catch 22 for a new business owner is that I do not get a salary but raise my own funds. I contacted Preolin at TFS on the 5th of Jan to make payment arrangements as I was taking a knock on my debit orders. The last statement from TFS which I received on the 5th of Jan YTD indicated the normal payments due for Jan. My arrangement with Preolin was to cancel the debit orders so that I do not pay the penalties of failed debit orders but to opt for EFT payments instead. It was indicated to me as I am a contractor it is more fesible to pay by EFT and that I need to ensure that I make payments every month. Sure enough end of Jan payments were made and of which the same will happen with the Feb payments as our finances are imrpoving.</p> <p>Unfortunately now I am being hounded every day by numerous consuktants demanding payment for Feb? Now how can I be in arears when I have just paid the Jan installments end of Jan? I keep on requesting to speak to Preoling as the arrangement made was with him or with the manager on duty as we go around in circles with the huge collective of call agents that TFS have. There is never a manger on duty to be found as per the call agents nor do they know of a Preolin?</p> <p>This is ironic as I phoned in to make arrangements with TFS as I do not want to fall behind on payments, I spoke to Preolin whom advised that I switch to EFT and magically the debit orders stopped? So what happened to Preolin?</p> <p>Also I have not recieved any of the normal statements the past 2 months but according to the statements received on the 5th of Jan I am not behind on any instalments.</p> <p>Where does one go to find a manager on duty at TFS?</p>
