Vehicle settlement / change of ownership

I settled my vehicle 2 months ago. I am still waiting for my vehicle's papers to be delivered. I paid R350 as requested and still getting no service. Two weeks ago I phoned and I was told that it is being attended to. I am still waiting. It is unacceptable
