VAP PREMIUM COVERPLUS AND TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICE ****MED ME.

Good day In 2016 I bought Toyota Corolla 1.6 Sprinter through the Toyota car finance, with this account number ***.Later on VAP PREMIUM COVER PLUS insurance was added and I was paying a monthly instalment of R227.62 , the time I wanted to cancel it I was told that if there is no claim I will get a cash back of R5000.My car is now paid up and when I call for cash back , I am taking from pillar to another ,when I call VAP PREMIUM they says they dont have my details and when I asked Toyota finance about my monthly deductions they told me it was transferred to VAP PREMIUM while the VAP dont know anything about me , till today no straight answers from both Toyota and VAP ,all I want to know from Toyota finance is ,since VAP denied that I was not covered with them ,then where was Toyota finance taking my money, were they ****ming me and if not then where was the money going to.Am kindly asking Hello Peter to help me with this case between Toyota Financial Service and VAP PREMIUM COVERPLUS.I what my CASH BACK OF R5000.
