My mom just switched to nedbank, what a horrible experience, she is at the branch in Umthatha as we speak, she had to take a day off at work to sort out her banking that was opened by inexperienced personnel, what a waste of time, if this matter is not resolved urgently she is finding other bank institution with competent personel.
