Unjust act and bullying tendencies

I have never been this disappointed by such a big organisation and its unwillingness to meet clients situation during tough time It is is such an unfair approach and bullying tactics that they using.

How can you have your vehicle prepossessed but you still paying on the account. Just by being 2 months behind.
