Unhappy client of Toyota Financial Services.

Hi All

Last month (December 2018) Toyota Financial Services over debated my account. After I found out about this I called in and informed them about it. I was told they are aware of this and it will be off set this month (January 2019). Now this month has arrived and I have been over debated again, even after receiving my monthly statement and told what this months debt will be. Now I have to look around and borrow money to cover for the loss of funds again. This is not right on my part as they have my extra funds and gaining interest on my money but they can not rectify this problem. I need to be compensated for this and the hassle they have put me through.
