Unhappy

I bout a used car and they have been deducting my money for warranty,now that my car is broken they have to fix now their excuse is they cannot help me because the previous owner missed 5 services how can that affect me,what about my money,let alone that they did even mentioned that when they sell a car to me now must I suffer because of previous owner this car never miss even one service while in my hands
