********* behaviour by Toyota Financial Services ito Covid-19 payment relief offered
I made use of TFS's Covid-19 payment relief offer and they approved it and sent me an official, signed addendum to my finance agreement with them. After the 3 months my instalments resumed as normal.
Now however, they have listed me with ITC because I'm in arrears according to them. We had an agreement and I kept my side of the bargain. Uncalled for and *********
