Unacceptable service from Toyota Financial Services

I have tried numerous times to get hold of Toyota Financial Services on their help line. Waiting over 30 minutes each time. I require urgent financial relief for my vehicle instalments amid Covid-19. This is appalling service that when a company is offering relief to their customers and they clearly do not have enough consultants operating their call centre. Help !! Anton DSC
