Unacceptable long wait for NATIS docs
I settled my account in December 2021 and paid the extra R350 for them to arrange for my documents at the licensing department. They advised via email that it can take up to 7-10 working days for me to receive my document. It's now over 10 working days and still nothing. I called in to query and asked the agent to escalate my request and to send me proof but he didn't do it. I want my NATIS documents ASAP!
