Unacceptable
I have had a really bad time with tfs firstly the insurance i purchased from them was denied to me when i was retrenched because i moved jobs but according to them i was not employed for 6 months. And now that i am catching up the arrears that this situation put me in they call me every day to remind me how much i owe even though im paying extra each month and the people who call refuse to call me back when i request it they dont realise see that i payed extra they aredont have any information and are generaly incompitent on how they handle customers and i am quite shocked at the customer service i have recieved thus far i would never have trusted them with financing my car if i knew they would be so underhandded with how they work it like they want to repossess my car. In short i would never recommend toyota financial services to anyone
