tripple debit my account

<p>Good day </p> <p> </p> <p>i had a arrangement with wesbank to get my account up to date within two months </p> <p> </p> <p>for some reason in december they debited my bank account thrice with the normal instalment the agree amount 1300 and on the 28th the amount of 1858 went off again calling them on the same date as when teh deit oreder went off they promised me a refund within 48hours nothing as todays date 2017/01/05 called them tuesday the 03jan 2017 they promised me a call back but nothing again i called them this morning pass 9 and they promised me another call back soon but nothing they promised me refund but now they are throwing me from one corner to another corner </p> <p> </p> <p>i want my money back thats all </p> <p> </p> <p>very ****ed </p>
